BELOW ARE OUR CURRENT VENUE RENTAL PRICES FOR EACH MONTH
AND DAY OF THE WEEK.
The above Venue Rental Prices Include 8 hours OF total rental time FOR EVENTS WITH UP TO 125 GUESTS.

**venue capacity is up to 200 for weddings, 250 - 275 for cocktail style events.
Our venue rental prices include the following:
Main room with air conditioning
8 hours of venue rental
Use of (22) 60” round banquet tables
Use of (12) 32” tall cocktail tables
Use of (7) 6 ft rectangle tables
use of (150) Mahogany chairs
Valet parking for up to 125 guest (some days of the year may have minimal additional costs)
Edison market lighting throughout
Built in bar location
Venue staff
day of coordinator (see description below)
CEREMONY PACKAGE ($550.00)
For our onsite ceremonies. This package includes your coordinator's assistance in creating a ceremony timeline and floorplan, a room flip, and a 1 hour rehearsal (to be scheduled within 72 hours of the wedding).
8 hour rental breakdown is as follows:
3 hour minimum dedicated for vendor/venue setup.
4 hours dedicated from guest arrival to guest exit.
1 hour minimum dedicated for vendor breakdown/clean up.
*ADDITIONAL TIME CAN BE ADDED FOR $250.00 PER HOUR.

ONE INITIAL WELCOME MEETING
unlimited phone and email communication

up to four 1-hour planning sessions (in-person or virtual)
1-month out final meeting and venue walkthrough
detailed reception timeline (ceremony timeline provided for additional fee)
detailed reception floorplan (ceremony floorplan provided for additional fee)
responsibility of all personal items
set-up of reception decor (ceremony decor included for additional fee)
