The above Venue Rental Prices Includes: 8 hours total rental time.

Pricing will adjust for events exceeding 125 guests.

(note: venue capacity is up to 200 for weddings, 250 - 275 for cocktail style events).

Includes;

Main room with air conditioning
8 hours of venue rental
Use of (22) 60” round banquet tables
Use of (12) 32” tall cocktail tables
Use of (7) 6 foot rectangle tables
Mahogany chairs (up to 125)
Valet parking for up to 125 guest (some days of the year may have minimal additional costs)
Edison market lighting throughout
Mood lighting
Custom Floorplan

All-inclusive packages are availble that may include;

Food & beverage, decor, linens, centerpieces, DJ, photo booth, vintage furniture, pipe & drape, greenery and much more.

We’ll put a custom all inclusive package together for your specific wants and needs.

* If over 125 guests, Please speak with your 1010 West representative for details.

*Check with your 1010 representative about adding a ceremony package.

*latest guests can exit is 10:45pm.

*8 hour rental breakdown is as follows;

3 hour minimum dedicated for vendor/venue setup.
4 hours dedicated from guest arrival to guest exit.
1 hour minimum dedicated for vendor breakdown/clean up.
Additional time can be added for ceremonies, setup and or breakdown for $275 per hour.
