THE ABOVE VENUE RENTAL PRICES INCLUDE 8 HOURS OF TOTAL RENT TIME FOR EVENTS WITH UP TO 125 GUESTS (pricing will adjust for additional guests and/or time)

Our venue rental prices include the following…

• Main room with air conditioning

• 8 hours of venue rental

• Use of (22) 60” round banquet tables

• Use of (12) 32” tall cocktail tables

• Use of (5) 6 foot rectangle tables

• Use of (150) mahogany chairs 

• Edison market lighting throughout

• Built in bar location

• Venue staff

• Valet parking is included for up to 100 guests

  •  For 125 guests add $200 / for 150 guests add $350

  • If over 150 guests please speak with your 1010 representative for more information

  • *some days of the year may have minimal additional costs

A Certified Day of Planner is required for every event and can be provided by 1010 West for an additional cost of $1,200. Please speak with your 1010 West representative for more information.
